Our recruiting process
We believe that the recruiting process is a great chance for both parties to get to know each other and share expectations for the role. Through our process, you will meet your future colleagues as well as the manager for the role you apply for. You will also meet our founder to discuss our vision, goals, and philosophy.
Initially, we will ask you to record a short video introduction that can help us get to know you better. For some of our positions, we will have a quick assignment that will help us understand your skillsets.
